Medical conditions: no
Spayed/Neutered at adoption: yes
Known history: He came from the Whistler kennels
Anything else you'd like to add: Silly is an extremely submissive animal. It took a long time for him to make eye contact with us. Now his nickname is “cuddle puddle”. He is a sweet boy.

Session notes:
YES, that's Silly's mom's hand holding him - Silly had a tough time standing still so I tried just clicking the shutter as he walked through the frame - it didn't work so well - so his mom held his collar on one of his circles around the studio and we got it - thanks LM!
These sessions were tough for a number of the dogs - when they were working dogs, being told to do something wasn't always a positive experience - so even just working with them using treats, praise or just waiting, trying to watch their behaviour and then capturing what I could in that split second of them standing in the right spot could cause them stress. Something I was desperately trying to limit.
I've since seen Silly out and about and he was very happy to melt into me for some cuddles.

Silly is a survivor of the 2010 Whistler sled dog cull.
Silly passed away July 18, 2021.
